Kaisa Hoga Kasainath....?

Wonderful....., that’s assured................!     Sunday 19th April 2015
Our 79th trek is scheduled  at  this  beautiful , popular and equally challenging hill called Kasainath.
Basically a practice trek for our Himalaya participants   but others too can rub their shoulders along with them. A stiff climb which reminds you  of Great Himalayan Treks but the heat  though subsided because of thick forest,  tells you about your altitude  at sea level.
Just 3 km. away from the Goa boarder in Maharastra, this conical shape hill is visible from far distance.. equally well you can have a spectacular aerial view once you are on top. Blessed by God Shiva , the temple on top is in ruins. Also the view of Tillari canal is breathtaking .
Although tough but short in distance... all of us will be on top within just 90 to 100 minutes and  equal  time/distance will bring us back. The speciality of this trek is not only the trek but also special Malwani food ( Vade- Shagoti ) we will be serving for your lunch.  After lunch we will travel back.

Clarification about “ Budget Himalaya Treks “

Dear friends,  after sending details about
Budget Himalaya Treks 2015
circular other day, there seems to be lot of confusion amongst  our participants .

Several queries I received are

1) Whether  these Budget Treks  separate treks, different from the original one
2)  These budget treks are organized by any other organization other than Eco Treks ?
3)  If Eco Treks itself is organizing these treks  then why different pricing ?.
4)  Whether  the Itinerary is different...? and if so why...?
5)  With such a low budget whether the quality is affected...?
6)  Why is it that the trek is organized from Base camp to Base camp ? And how should we reach there ?
7)  Who will take our responsibility during trekking period ?
8)  Is the actual  trekking period  is reduced ?
